As part of my Preliminary my task was to make a Music Video of up to 30 seconds using Final Cut using the footage provided. Putting together a Music Video is not as simple as I imagined however I was able to get to grasps with cutting each shot to the beat of the Soundtrack ensuring that it all flowed accordingly. In the process of making this Music Video it involved listening to a Soundtrack of my choice provided and placing different footage into the timeline. It then involved using the marking on Final Cut to mark each time the beat was heard. This enabled me to cut each shot accurately to the beat as a result of the marking.
